Summary
Paul Martin graduated from Yale Law School in 2020, where he was Editor of the Yale Law Journal and Executive Editor of the Yale Journal for International Law. Before attending Yale, Paul earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in physics and political science from Brown University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a National Merit Scholar.
Mr. Martin’s experience ranges from multidistrict litigation to high-stakes appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Courts of Appeal. He has represented numerous clients in technology, entertainment, and education.
Prior to joining Gaw | Poe LLP, Mr. Martin clerked for Judge Hernán Vera of the United States District Court for the Central District of California and spent more than four years as a litigation associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Mr. Martin has walked 500 miles on the historic Camino de Santiago in Spain, and he occasionally publishes short stories and translations.
