Fractional GC for AI Company

Currently serving as fractional GC for a Y Combinator-funded trucking logistics AI startup, providing support on commercial contracts and leasing.

AML Internal Investigation

Led internal investigation at a publicly traded CPG company into anti-money laundering issues that uncovered significant violations by a competitor, and directed outside counsel in litigation against the competitor that led to a federal indictment of the competitor’s CEO.

M&A Blitz

Ran five acquisitions and completed three in ten months for a publicly traded equipment manufacturer with a total purchase price of $70 million, overseeing due diligence by the in-house team, presenting deals to the Board of Directors, working closely with outside counsel on definitive deal documents and public disclosures, preparing employment agreements for new hires, and collaborating with the CFO and COO on the integration of the acquired businesses.

Contract Suite Development

Developed a suite of SaaS, construction financing, equipment leasing, trademark licensing, and consulting contracts for a publicly traded equipment manufacturer, working closely with the COO and CFO to ensure operational and financial compliance.
